Joe’s video on “Slow Your Roll” 1 1/2 linespacing on full-spacing US-Made typewriters:
Interesting. I only knew of newer American machines having 1/2 line spacing.
Good info to have for those in search of such machines.
Thanks for this information – I’m bookmarking this page. I have a Smith-Corona “Electra 12” machine sitting on the shelf that I haven’t done any work on yet that has some sort of Cursive/Script typeface. The machine has a multitude of problems but can possibly be repaired and put back to use with a lot of work and donor parts from wrecked machines. The information about linespacing is probably going to become important to me and it’s all new to me.
