Mail Call: The Second Wave & Desert Man Moves Water With A Shovel

Very creative letter from Eric JT – a 14″ sheet printed and cut to work like an Aerogramme, folding into its own envelope! Speaking of mail, we got something called a “Wicked-Ass Electrified Goat Bone” recently, which I was confused by. Turned out to be something that Girl 1 will be using for some sort of ceremony. I assume she’s waiting for Newt Eyes next. I happened to catch it when TWDB hit 24,000 typewriter galleries!

  1. Glad my letter made it to you OK; Was starting to get a bit worried!
I’m all too aware of the typo on your stamps, been kicking myself over it ever since I realized my mistake… Come my next reply, I’ll send you over a fresh batch of stamps with the error corrected; Upon it’s arrival the old ones should be drenched in gasoline & burned completely. Can’t wait for your next letter!

    1. Noway, man. Someday the typo’s Commemoratives will be as rare and valuable as Inverted Jennies. :D

  2. Ah, The fun of snow moving. I let my snow blower do most of the work. We have constant snow since about mid-December. About 64″ so far.

Glad things are coming together for you at your new abode.

    1. Where the heck do you put it all? Even 18″ all at once means a 4-foot tall wall of snow all around you here. If there were 10″ more, I dunno where I’d be able to throw the solidified water.

  3. Good to read your bog, and I hope the POD and everything it contains arrives in a timely way and in good shape. It can be tricky to cast the snow away from a walk or driveway in tight conditions. After plowing out my driveway, my generous neighbor told me that the last snow we received here in NY State was nearly too much for his machine—and he has quite a large machine compared with mine.
