I’m following your saga with interest and pray for a speedy resolution.
Loosing a bid on a house is always a bummer. God always has something in line for us. We just don’t always know what it may be.
Are there any modular houses there? Sometimes they are the biggest bank for the buck.
We haven’t been looking at anything much newer than the Carter administration, really. Market’s full of stuff from the 1800’s mostly, at least in our price range. We are drawn to the patina of history and the places more likely to harbor ghosts we can draw RAW POWER from while we tease them for their disincorporated state. You know how witches like them spooks. (:
We really like all the old, lot of character and room, but Mrs. M can’t get around in old houses with multiple floors.
