Field Mission: Is “snow” actually a real thing??

Reports from the Field Mission, scanned on phone. Not ideal, but it works in a pinch.. Rain. This is a thing I’ve seen where I come from. It’s infrequent, but I know it exists So, this “Snow” thing actually exists – confirmed! It’s like rain, but doesn’t get you wet as fast as rain does, and it makes everything look like it’s covered in cocaine.
