This might be the first time anyone has thought of making a ‘zine in Rolodex format! I can’t find any mentions of it being done before, so who knows? In any case, it’s done now, and you can make your own copies to put in your Rolodex and send to your Correspondents! 1) Download the zipfile and open it up.
2) Print the cover art on a sheet of nice 80# Bright White Linen cover stock, flip it and print it again on the back, using the same feed edge.
3) Cut the covers out. Each sheet makes FOUR covers. 4) Print the inside art on TWO sheets of 20# white bond, then flip them over and print again, with same feed edge.
5) Cut out the inside pages on the GREY lines. Fold on the BLUE lines. Each sheet makes TWO sets of 3 Signatures. Printing TWO sheets makes FOUR full sets of inside signatures to match the 4 covers you’ve made. 6) Collate each set of signatures as shown. 7) Position pages inside cover. 8) Fold back and line up spines for stapling. 9) Staple! 10) I use “exterfold” staples. They are easier to remove if you miss your positioning and need to re-staple. 11) Punch the Rolodex holes.
12) Enjoy! :D Download the files and make your own RolodexZine! one:

Very nice!
I wonder if police departments used these to keep track of suspects, back before digital databases. “RoloCop!”
Yep:
