FYI, while that is Japanese, its not kanji. Its hiragana and it doesn’t mean anything. Its just the some of the first syllabaries: a, ka, sa, ta, na, ha and ma.
so “akasatanahama” doesn’t mean “Ignorant Gaijin doesn’t know the difference between kanji and hiragana” in Japanese? That’s a relief! :D
