A duotone printing technique, in dark blue and green ink. Note that the shadows are overprinted with a blue halftone. This gives more depth to the image and was a popular printing process in the 50’s & 60’s.
I feel mildly chagrined. I’ve never gotten round to watching “Repo Man”…. Not really sure how I’ve managed that, but….
However, I feel a little better, seeing “Brazil” and “ They Live” listed in “More Like This”…. (And, no, I will absolutely NOT do the “bubblegum” line…)
