This little flappy bit serves nicely as a tensioner for the paper roll and you can slide the printer back and forth to accommodate any thickness of paper roll you’re likely to find.
Open the top about halfway so you can feed the paper in from the back in the gap between the top and bottom halves. Pull the paper forward and line up with the feed rolls/print head, then close the lid as usual.
I started this toy thermal photography journey with the nameless “Cyclops Blueberry Bear” camera gifted by Gregory, and now it seems to be getting more serious. :D
Heh, having this thing just might make me use my cell phone enough that it’s battery won’t be constantly dead any time I want to actually use it.
