  1. This is really “next level” thermal paper art, it’s good to see others working in this medium. As for transferring files to the toy camera printer that Gregory gave us, last time I tried it doesn’t recognize the file, I think the image size has to be small enough, also may have to manipulate the EXIF data of the file to match what the printer camera generates.

    1. Yep, I haven’t figured it out completely either, but at this point I have a new thermal printer toy, and I can print anything on that, so far. :D

  2. Hey I’m glad you found my videos helpful! $17 is a steal on the M02! I have found that the cameras have a better time recognizing the images if the file size is small. My phone takes large images as do my little point and shoots. I have to make the file size pretty small or the printing cam doesn’t recognize it.

    1. That tracks – most of my digicams are in the 3-12mp range of resolution, so they’d produce smaller images by default.
I’m already liking the M02 a lot – great deal of flexibility there, and yeah smokin’ deal really clinched that decision. Very excited! (:

  3. Neat images. I like the way they look like water colors.

I wish I could make time to experiment with thermal cameras and printers. Thermal fades over time so I have not (to Mrs. M’s delight) gotten into another rabbit hole.

I do admire the work others are doing with it.
